What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a series of movements performed at a slow and gentle pace that relaxes the body and the mind.

Regular practice strengthens the legs, improves balance and energises the body.

All classes are at the East street Community centre, Olney MK46 4DH

follow the lane on the left of the Fire Station

New Beginner's class (B1)

Learn the first third of the form (B1)

Wednesday afternoons at 1:55pm

Course begins on Wed 30th April,

ends on 9th July

Beginners course B2

Continuation class for those

who have completed B1

Wednesday afternoons at 3:05 pm

course starts on April 30th
